…about other people’s problems.
BULL-FUCKING-SHIT!
I have a close friend of mine (older guy) who has an opiate problem that WAS NOT self-inflicted. Botched surgery it was. The pain is real, and not imagined. His doctors fucked him. Right, wrong, or indifferent…he is addicted to opiates.
One woman, who knows everything about everything, informed me that she has had so much experience in dealing with these types of situations, that she should “lead the chargeâ€?, so to say, regarding an “interventionâ€?. She tells me she has “on numerous occasions helped loving relatives deal with the addiction problems of their loved ones.â€?
DOUBLE-FUCKING-BULLSHIT.
I told her, that I to, had been involved in several of these so called “interventionsâ€?, and that I’d seen ‘em botchedâ€?. She asked, how so?
This is the God honest truth:
We approached “John Doeâ€? with the “we love you brother…you’ve got to get straightâ€? scenario, and he proceeded to put the barrel of a 12 .GA in his mouth, and pull the trigger.
You never know!

I’m a strong believer in MYOB: mind your own business. I don’t have any trouble giving a friend advice if he asks me for it or telling him straight out that he might want to consider a stretch at Betty Ford, but beyond that, I won’t push. I may be able to fix a broken toaster, but a human psyche just a bit too complex for me to tackle. I blame Oprah and Dr. Phil for these “know-it-all” idiots who feel the constant need to stick their noses in everybody else’s s**t.
