BURNING THE FLAG

I don’t really want to get into freedom of speech, freedom of expression, or whatever.

But…I think anyone ought to be able to burn the flag if they’re wearing it.

And…I think anyone should be able to beat the shit out of anyone who burns the flag who is not wearing it. Get Out Of Jail Free Card, so to speak.

Just my opinion.

I agree, we should be able to beat the living shit out of someone who burns the flag….With a baseball bat!

Then, what I’m hearing you saying is that you really don’t think anyone should be allowed to burn the flag.
Granted, it doesn’t make the strong point that the violence did. But it seems a lot more direct, don’t you think?

I’m sorry, let change my statement so it can be better understood…anyone who burns the American Flag should be tied to a tree and have their throat slit or have their brains blown out of the back of their head.
