    Ms. Rice didn’t mean that LITERALLY, right? Because, I mean, she isn’t IN New Orleans right now, I deduce from the “La Jolla, Calif.” tag. I like how rich people can just proclaim themselves to be part of a minority anytime they want. I bet she was wearing a FUBU shirt when she wrote this, too!
