Great movie…about two lifelong friends with opposing beliefs. I first watched it when it was first released…powerful…just watched it again…still powerful. It is said that history runs deeper than friendship., and blood runs deeper than both. I’m not sure about that, but I do know that friends can be torn apart by ideology.
I have many “friends” who do not believe as I do. Are we still friends? I would like to think so, but I don’t know, time will tell.
It is difficult being opinionated in these times.
I am who I am, and I believe as I do. It is what it is. I have never told anyone, what it is I think they want to hear. Never have…never will.

Sorry, I just cannot watch a movie named afer a song for which it has no relevance. Especially a Bon Jovi song. Actually been kicking around a blog post about those movies.
The question is who was the better friend? The one guy tired to get his buddies family out of that shit hole before the shooting started didn’t he? But he still shot his”friend” because he believed that he was right in doing so. Hard to tell who the better friend was.
