Kitchen Art

The Bitterman got me thinking about kitchen art. He makes a nice pepper shuriken.

Yabu’s Asparagus Tower

Yabu’s Collard Green Stem Teepee

And no, I was not drinking.

Is that what all the foodies meant by “tall food”?

Whatever. A spirit of playfulness at table makes for a more enjoyable meal!

Brotherman Andy…we need to team up…any motherfucker who drives at just under 200 mph on two wheels is OK by me…Crazy, but OK.

BTW…Just put another batch of some buttermilk juju in the freezer. Country Ham and Steak. Seriously…that is an easy catdaddy recipe.

Kitchen Art…lets dance…I think you’re on to something here.

There is not enough vodka in the world to make me touch the collard greens, but I’d chow down happily on some nice asparagas (or as my husband says, asspergrass)… some lovely hollandaise, little crunchy bites… mmm yeah.

If you’re going all artsy on the food, make stick men theater with the asparagas… if they’re studly men, break out the brussel sprouts.

I’ll take your Edible Zen and raise you a Hollandaise Tsunami straight into my waiting belleh. This is bee-yoo-tee-ful stuff, right here.
