Outdoor Cooking

Not only is the Juju Woman my Juju Woman…she is my “Grill Girl”. She can get all the way downtown with a fire…all the way downtown. Why waste the fallen wood. She fired this, and this, and produced this. Lamb is good for the soul.

There is an “art” to cooking on an “open” fire.

We called this “Wood From Winter…Lamb” Damn good.

I love Spring!!!
