We Are The Cubs

This is not an endorsement:

I just wonder why so many people don’t like Sarah Palin. Is it because she’s a woman? Is it because she resigned as Governor of Alaska? Is it because she has a daughter who had a child out of wedlock? Is it because she’s not afraid so say what she feels? And on and on and on. She is a strong woman who believes in values.

I love smart women. The best part of a man, it a smart woman. The best part of a woman is a smart man. I will debate this with anyone. Resigning as Governor of Alaska had to be done…she can now concentrate on the bigger picture, which is what we need. Her replacement can run Alaska just fine. She wouldn’t have done it if she wasn’t confident he could. In politics, people have to make decisions for the good of all. I believe she has our best interests at heart. We’re way past book deals and money, and I do not believe that is her intention, as some would believe. I’ve seen her in person, I think she is sincere…we need more people who care, and are not afraid to stand up for what they believe. I’m tired of people throwing her off the bus and under the truck. She’s not right or left…she is for change, and the Maker knows, if we don’t change our direction, we’re going to crash and burn. Fact.

I think many people are scared of her, what she represents. For a woman, she has huge balls (so to say), and is not afraid to go head to head with a Momma Grizzly.

My first and only encounter with a Momma Grizzly with her two cubs occurred when I was hiking in the Pacific Northwest with four friends. We jumped down from a berm about 15 ft., and a Grizzly with her two cubs was about 30 yards away. We didn’t see them before, and she rose up on her hind legs, looked at us, and roared like you wouldn’t believe. We had no protection…no guns…scared the shit out of all of us. We broke for cover and ran about a mile through the woods to our vehicle. She did not pursue us, or we’d been dead. We were lucky. Since that experience, I never hike anywhere without something that can level the playing field. After we were safe and sound…we all agreed that she was on our side…and would like to have her running point on our future missions. I’m just saying, never ever fuck with or threaten someones cubs.

We are the cubs, and we need the ammunition to survive. Think about it. Running away is not an option. 0bama and his mob will eat us given the chance, and we’re giving them the chance.

The elite (what some are, of late, calling “the Ruling Class”) don’t like her because she’s not one of them.

She didn’t go to an Ivy League school; she’s not from a major city; she shares those old-fahioned hick ideas with the rubes in the hinterlands, the ones about “freedom” and “faith” and “hard work” and all that other nonsense.

Sarah Palin’s biggest asset is that she is obviously one with the American people…and that scares the everloving [fertilizer] out of the Beltway elites.
