Interesting viewpoints, and much of them coming to pass. I don’t think China is looking to fight with Vietnam, though. They have Tibet, and my guess is, they are going for Russia. Taiwan they want because they don’t want anyone else playing with their old toys.

I agree with you, but it is an interesting viewpoint all the same. China will get in the game sooner or later. Sooner or later, it won’t be good. Personally, I see nothing good coming out of the East mixing it up with the West, but what do I know? China will be a force to be reckoned with…sooner rather than later I think. They will enlarge their borders by taking Vietnam, that won’t be a problem. Taiwan is theirs when they want it, and they will do it. The U.S. will let then have it. Tibet is a no brainier if they want it. Russia is a different game all together. Depends on how hard both sides fight conventionally, and if they start shooting nuclear missiles at each other. This shit could get out of control real fast. The real problem is, once you irradiate what it is you want, you’ve lost.

The real first play is people, and China has more than anyone else.

Hell if I know, but I think China will bankrupt the west before they take drastic actions. They have nothing to lose by waiting. Russia is not going to nuke China. The U.S. has its tail between its legs…
