Weak In The Knees Good

Last night we made Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee. Double damn good is all I can say…I’m talking “weak in the knees good”. Notice, my T-Rex is guarding the Crystal. He loves that stuff.

      I think you’ll like it, it’s just mild table sauce and you’ll probably end up using more than you think. There will be a bunch of T-Rexs on guard duty in the New Town. Nobody fucks with a T-Rex.

      Little known fact: Tritops love Crustaceans, so it’s first in line giving ‘em the eye.
