Shoal Bay

I snapped this while damn near drunk and staggering around with my friends a year or so ago. Just kidding about the staggering and drunk stuff, but it is one of nicest places I’ve been. Anguilla, BWI. Once there, it doesn’t take long to get into the groove. Fresh fish, homemade rum, cockfights…laid back. If I ever have to break for cover, you can find me there. Seriously, nice place. The latitude and climate is perfect. Never gets cold, never gets too hot.

It looks perfect. A friend recommended Costa Rica.

I have a friend who owns a small compound in Costa Rica. He wants me to come down for visit and do a little fly fishing for sailfish. It’s near the top of my list…I’ve never been.

Sometimes when I see pics like this, I miss PR.

Then I remember the hell it has become, and am content with the memories :)

I’ve been to PR many times on business, and it is a beautiful place. I had a driver, and she showed me as much of the island as she could. I have fond memories of my visits, but I wouldn’t want to live there. No offense. I will say, beautiful women any way you look at it. Also, the rear view mirrors they install in a lot of cars just crack me up.

I prefer much cooler climates. But yes, it is pretty.

I, also, do loves me some colder climates, but I’m telling you…the Caribbean will work…even for redheads. I’ll put your red haired whatever and let you drive a sailboat, and you’ll forget all about your Boy George. You can ride a sailboat like you could ride a stagecoach, and still have a coach gun handy. You’ll have to trust me on that. Bring some wine from your vineyard…can’t have too much wine.
