Like I’ve said before, I do loves me some peppers, and stained glass is a bitch to photograph. I’ve tried so many different camera and lighting settings it makes me dizzy, but I’m not giving up quite yet. I can’t seem to photograph what her stuff really looks like, live.
Anyway, here’s another one from The Juju Woman. It has a circumference of 42 inches at the bottom of the shade, eight 9.5 inch vertical triangular panels (all different), and is just plain damn way too cool. I guess you need to see it to appreciate it. I have a halfway decent camera, and that dog ain’t hunting, or I don’t know WTF I’m doing. Probably both.

I like it, Happy New Year to you as well.
Very nice
Thanks!
Beautiful and whimsical. I love the peppers!
Thank you Miss Aggie. I like peppers anyway I can get ‘em.
As an OLD FART photographer may I suggest. set up in a dark room and light from below with one of those dammed compact lights – 15 W Day Light – use a tripod and shoot in RAW – stay with a wideangel lens – lens opening at least f/12 – use photoshop to tweek your color – better yet convert to LAB color (image – mode) and apply (image) – correct with shadow/highlight (image) – if this is confusing give me an e-mail and i will go into step by step – my daughter does glass, i’ve been down this road before
Thanks for the info, I just might shoot you an email. Thanks again.
It’s beautiful!!
Thanks…it looks better live.
