As you might or might not know, the Juju Woman and I do a “clean out and use” stuff in the kitchen, refrigerator, etc, from time to time. Don’t want to waste anything. So, we made a Quiche with peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese, country ham, and herbs. Double damn good is all I can say.
The A-10 can definitely do some clean up. The Thunderbolt, aka the Warthog can take out the trash. Damn thing was built around the gun. Bad Bad Juju for sure. Six of ‘em flew over my house yesterday at about 500 feet. Way damn cool and way too loud. Stretch was all like, “what the fuck was that”. The glass was wiggling, I kid you not.
No such thing as too much firepower. I want one, I need one. These are some bad-ass rides.

Yabu forgot the squash from the squash caserole and the spinach. It was one of the best quiches we have ever made. Yum!
How do you get your crust to look (and taste) that fabulicious? Mine are so hit or miss, mostly unimpressive. And Yabu, if you find a bargain on them’s Flyin’ Fun ‘N Firepower, get two and I’ll take one off your hands. Yeeps!
I admit it, I cheated, without shame. I occationally use store bought pie crust.
That looks wonderful! Do you have a basic/base “go to” recipe (besides the store bought crust) that you augment, or do you wing it every time? Also, have you ever tried to do one with EggBeaters/egg substitute? I know, bacon and cheese, etc. kind of defeat the purpose of using egg substitute….but I’m trying to mitigate some of the guilt!

I never feel guilty, and we use whatever we have available. Good stuff!
