Mayor Dickburg in New York is FUBAR. The Northeast just got slammed by the worst storm ever. Homes gone. The people have some big problems right now. No power. No fuel. Short on food and water. No clothes, and no way to stay warm. Looting, etc., and this motherfucker wants to run the NY Marathon. [...]
