…I’m still eating well. The Juju Woman and I just fired this one up.
Some will like it, some won’t. Dinosaurs do.
Homemade dough.
Tomato sauce from our garden.
Mozzarella cheese.
Parmesan cheese.
Garlic. (can’t have too much garlic)
Sweet red peppers.
Hot (medium warm) red peppers.
Cayenne peppers (small dose).
Calimari olives.
Artichoke hearts.
A tad bit of Eggplant.
A tad bit of Poblano.
Basil and Oregano from our herb garden.
Anchovies on half.
A little decent red wine in the sauce, we drank the rest of the bottle.
All I can say is: Damn Good.

Pizza Friday is a regular at Lizzy’s — homemade crust is the key; super thin in the center for that crispy crunch. LOVE all of your topping choices! I would put anchovies on both sides and add mushrooms, otherwise unchanged. Yum! My brood’s favorite to date is Taco Pizza (taco meat, homemade enchillada sauce, onions, green chiles and cheese all cooked on the pizza, then topped with fresh tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream once out of the oven).
You’d have to make two of ‘em if I was in the house. I’m all the way downtown with Taco pizzas. I think we’ll make one of those next.
