   I think it’s a “well, are you gonna just stand there?” look.

   Our longhaired daschund, Precious, has been gone two years, this month. She was our sweet old girl, but still fiercely independent…and we miss all of those “looks” she gave us.

   I know Stretch must be a real character, too!

   BTW…I LOVE your food pictures!

     Doxies are great dogs.clean, smart, fearless, and loyal. As you know they can be a little mischievous, but I love ‘em. Pound for pound the baddest dogs on the planet. I’m glad you enjoy the food pictures. I received an email from someone who said posting pictures of food was stupid, so I now post many.

     Thanks man. We keep him lean, no table scrapes, etc. He eats the same amount of food twice a day and never gets any dog biscuits or junk like that. His treats are healthy stuff. When he goes out to do his final business every night, he gets a small chunk of carrot, or something like that. He even digs citrus fruit. He gets a lot of exercise…the Stretchengetti is pretty good size and is fenced in. You wouldn’t believe how fast he is, and can turn on a dime.

     Good dog, fearless. They is no way anyone could sneak up on me when he’s around.

   Handsome fella, that Mr. Stretch! Doxies are one awesome breed. We had a standard for 12+ years. He had to be put down 3 months after his partner in crime expired. Fiercely loyal.
