Justification Of Existence
Just a term I use for the many incompetent people I have to deal with.
It seems to me that there is little justification for having people manipulating situations that don't exist. They make it up as they go. The few legitimate conditions, which would be sensible to take a closer look at, are lost in translation. This is intentional.
What unique important niche do they see for furthering their cause at the expense of others?
I’m just saying!!!

People like that aren't thinking about others...only saving their own asses. Usually they know they are incompetent but rather than be honest, admit the incompetency and let someone competent get the job done, they instead make excuses, blame others, over inflate themselves and their accomplishments, take credit for the accomplishments of others and generally make it difficult to accomplish a damn thing worth accomplishing. And, you will find a couple of those deadly sins involved in that..mainly pride.
These people are unable or unwilling to see the impact of their behavior on others.

I do empathize, but I have to say, "My sympathy loses some of its edge." A dear friend is just back from a year-long tour in Iraq where he lost a couple of his buddies. That kinda puts the petty office politics in perspective.

Something tells me this might be more than office politics...

most people don't know, others simply don't care and most of the few that do don't have the gumption to sadstand and admit it. sad isn't it.
