Hash Under Glass

We use to take a big ass chunk of Red Lebanese Hash…put it on a pin…fire it up…cap it with a glass…and suck up the smoke.

Kind of reminds me of the Middle East today.

If it were I, I’d smoke it all…if you know what I mean.

I’m just sayin’

Never had big-ass chunks of the stuff. Usually the best we could do were little crumbly bits, which were more than likely pipe-scrapings instead of the advertised "Moroccan Black". Houston was never a big hash town.

No pins or glass, we used a palette knife heated over a Bunsen burner.

Hey man, sometimes it *is* nice to share the love.

And sometimes it's be nice to turn the Middle East into an underground parking garage.

Funny I was just thinking about that hash the other day. We used to do that trick with the glass too....

Back in the day, the big thing around here was "hot knives" with hash. So I heard...;)

Blond Lebanese hash under glass. THAT brought back some memories. I guess the seventies weren't so bad after all.

Anybody else remember the really flat black Moroccan? Legend had it, it was smuggled in, sewn into sandals....

I think I smoked hash once, we used a toilet paper roll and some aluminum foil, musta been pretty good cuz I don't remember how it felt.
Memories, all alone in the moonlight....

Yep, a friend was in the service in Turkey, brought back a bunch of black hash in ceramic candlesticks he mailed back home to his family...... turned out to be quite the hiding place. Couldn't help but think about that movie that took place in Turkey with the American who was smuggling drugs... and got thrown in prison, became the warden's girlfriend, and finally escaped - yikes! Too scary for me.
