Seat Belt Laws

Many many moons ago, my face hit the steering wheel a split second after I hit a tree head on. That hurt. I've worn a seat belt ever since. Seat belts are a good thing.

So, why is it 50 million children can ride a school bus twice a day not strapped in?

That's crazy...I'm just saying.

I realize that some states (Texas for example) have legislation in the pipeline that will require a school bus purchased after such and such a date in the future to have 3 point safety belts. WTF...as always, it's all about the money.

One word: Retrofit
