A couple more from the Juju Woman. I call ‘em Nepalese Bus Kaleidoscopes. They are functional, two interchangebale wheels, and four different views, really you only need one, which means two. They’re about 9 or 10 inches long, and not one is the same. They are about as original as you can get. I guess you have to look through one to see what I mean. She also makes “plain” ones. Just depends on what people want. She can pimp it, or not.

The Juju Woman, without a doubt, makes the nicest Kaleidoscopes I’ve ever seen.

Summer Fairy

Another one from the Juju Woman.

She does the four season Fairies, and they’re all different…everytime…for every season. People really like ‘em…many request another one. We had someone who wanted all four seasons. This is way too sweet, nice glass, different. Well, the glass is different every time, but this one is really really sweet. It’s 14.5 X 10.5. As I’ve said before, stained glass is hard to photograph, but this one is way cooler than the photo. Gotta hang it, and you’ll know what I mean. It is for sale. I’m not trying to jam anyone, but this one is really nice. Something about this glass really caught my eye.

If one of my two readers wants it packed and shipped for 300 bucks, I’ll send it your way. Otherwise, I’m taking it to the selling store this WED night, as we’re doing a week long road trip beginning THU. It will sell. They’ll get 450 easy, but then I’ll have to give them about 100. I was just giving y’all a first shot. I’d buy it. For you boys out there, you give it to your woman, and you’re gonna get some major good thing. And for you girls out there, you’ll love it, and tell your boys to pay closer attention.

Like I said, glass is a bitch to photograph. The glass color is not the same as in the photograph. It’s much cooler…way more transparent, and looks magnificent in the sun.

Another Weird One From The Juju Woman

It’s 6X18, and looks different with the arc of the sun. Hell, Stretch barks at it when the sun is at a certain angle. Strange.

And by the way, her donated Glass Doxie did really well at the silent auction yesterday, it was for a good cause.

Also, I like the clear pieces, but they might set the bush on fire.

The Juju Woman made this for the NC Almost Home Dachshund Rescue Society silent auction. It’s about 15X8. Going for a good cause. Like I’ve said before, stained glass is hard to photograph, at least for me it is. This is way cooler than the photo. I picked the glass, and she built it. Lately, I’ve been the picker, and she’s been the builder. But, she has final say. I brought some home the other day, and was laughed at. Laughed at, I tell you. I’m going to make something out of it, and then you can laugh at me. I can make this stuff too.

Scrap Glass

The Juju Woman made this out of some scrap glass, better than throwing the glass away. Just for the hell of it. Looks good in the sun, and in the dark. It’s small, about 4.5 X 4.5 in. I hung it just because I could.

The Juju Woman made this kaleidoscope for an internet friend. Never met her face to face, and she inquired about one after she saw a picture I posted not long ago. It has an extra wheel, and the wheels are reversible, so it like having four in one. I didn’t post it until she received it, wanted it to be a surprise.

She said…“Love it, Love it, Love it!! It is so amazing to look through, so unexpected…This is like one big piece of candy.”

Now that, is a compliment, and we thank her for that.

When she builds any glass, if it’s not a total surprise, we only ask one question…What are your favorite colors? Helps with the glass selection, if you know what I mean. They are all one of a kind.

It’s about 10 inches wheel to tail.

A Mirror

Sometimes people should take a good look at themselves in a mirror. Ask themselves, WTF am I thinking, or am I thinking. Things are bad for many people these days, and don’t seem to be getting any better. I know many people who just don’t pay attention to current affairs or events. They ignore things, because they don’t want to believe ‘em. They believe if they don’t think about ‘em, they’ll go away. It’s like when shit is happening in their front yard, they only look at the back yard. I don’t understand that. We are fast approaching a fork in the road; you can either go right or left, so to say, but you must decide in which direction you will go. What will be best for you and yours? Hell if I can answer that, but I do know if you stand at the turns and do nothing, you’re done. Just a thought.

Anyway, here’s a pimped out mirror the Juju Woman made. The dog in the reflection is Stretch’s buddy Lionel, a Wheaten Terrier. Good dog he is. You ought to see ‘em when they get together. Just plain damn too funny.

The Juju Woman doesn’t pimp everything out…no she doesn’t, but I told her she should add some fur to some of ‘em. She threatened to cut me.

A few more from the Juju Woman, but like always…these are a bitch to photograph…and I have a halfway decent camera, heck if I know. These are sun-catcher panels with bevels. They project really beautiful rainbow patterns behind them. I need more window space, for sure. These are 3.5 X 10.0 in. We sold ‘em for like ” “cheap”. It’s not about the money, it’s about the window space. You want one, send me an email…35 bucks and I’ll pay the shipping and insurance. Seriously, I’m running out of window space. They are all “one of a kind”, and you can choose the color of the glass, and pattern. I’m in no way whoring out the Juju Woman, but I do need some more clear real estate. They are one of a kind. Might be worth a million dollars on E-Bay in the future. Bwahahahahahah!

The First Lamp Of 2012

Like I’ve said before, I do loves me some peppers, and stained glass is a bitch to photograph. I’ve tried so many different camera and lighting settings it makes me dizzy, but I’m not giving up quite yet. I can’t seem to photograph what her stuff really looks like, live.

Anyway, here’s another one from The Juju Woman. It has a circumference of 42 inches at the bottom of the shade, eight 9.5 inch vertical triangular panels (all different), and is just plain damn way too cool. I guess you need to see it to appreciate it. I have a halfway decent camera, and that dog ain’t hunting, or I don’t know WTF I’m doing. Probably both.
