You can do a lot of things with pork. We'll fire up a tenderloin occasionally and pull it for B-B-Q on big hoe cakes. The Juju Woman makes great hoe cakes, great slaw, and I don't do too bad on some vinegar based (as opposed to tomato) hot sauce. Any temperature, I'm your man. That sounds really really good.
